Good to know before you visit

A few practical notes that make the appointment smoother for everyone.

Betayastro is located at 10234 Jasper Ave in central Edmonton, with street parking available nearby and easy access from the LRT. We're on the second floor — look for the indigo signage at street level. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice; last-minute cancellations affect your stylist's day significantly. If you have a reference photo for your colour or cut, save it to your phone before you arrive — it's the single most useful thing you can bring to a first appointment. For new clients, your stylist will reach out via email a day before to confirm and ask any preliminary questions.
